Enchilada Kaiserslautern in Kaiserslautern

All and all not bad. I ordered delivery and it arrived fast. Two meals for about $40.00. The flavor was good and the food was really hot which is a plus. The guac and salsa were very good but I was not a fan of the rice. I think the burrito with chicken was much better than the chimichanga. I say go for the burrito!

One star for fast delivery. Otherwise the food was unfortunately not tasty at all and we had ordered several dishes! Among Mexicans, I really imagine something different ...

Ordered food for 3 people yesterday. Mega fast delivery and super friendly staff. And most importantly: delicious as hell! We will definitely order again. 100% recommendation!

Delivery was very fast and I would like to eat very well every time

This was the WORST food I’ve eaten in Kaiserslautern. Unlike any Mexican food I’ve ever had. The burrito and chimichanga were filled with raw zucchini, bell peppers, red onion, and rice. The meat was absent or so little there you couldn’t separate it from the rice and veggies. The entire meal was bland and unappetizing, except the churros which were all the 5 of us could really eat. The small side of rice only tasted of tomato sauce. The quesadillas with cheese sauce were barely filled and they couldn’t even bother to fold them in half. The enchiladas were mini burritos with no sauce and were pretty pathetic. My husband said it’s as if someone who has never had Mexican food before tried to make it from just looking at pics of it. So disappointing!

Lieferando ordered online for collection. Wasted fuel; wasted time A moody student in a jogging suit comes to the door, headphones still in his ears, who tells me that it is absolutely not possible that you show up here to pick up your meal. Everything just via delivery. I'm sorry, then you shouldn't state online, pick-up is also possible and an arrow is hanging on the door with the entrance around the corner. Corona is not easy for everyone, but interpersonal respect should still not be lost! Never again!

Really great food! Vegi Burger was just AWESOME! 5 stars is not enough. I definitely recommend !!!

The first Mexican to serve very authentic Mexican dishes, as I've been able to experience in Mexico. We also had a very personable waiter who entertained us very well.

Last meal before the new lockdown, the food was nicely presented and very tasty.

The food and cocktails were delicious and freshly made. Plus the staff was friendly. I'd love to come back.

The food was delicious, worth the money. The ambience is simple and elegant. The service offered was good. The waiting time for food to arrive was also not too long. The bar looks cool. Overall good place to a Mexican food and definitely a good place to chill

Wrong billing! Unfortunately our mistake not to request a listing / invoice. One can only speculate, because with small excess amounts the host can always talk himself out of the fact that a drink has been booked incorrectly. In any case, we should be careful in the enchilada. Anyone who experiences that just doesn't like going there anymore.

I wish I could give negative stars. We got wings, and a burger. The wings were BLACK.. like charred to a crisp. The burger was soggy, the bacon was raw, and the fries were like wet noodles. We also got the mini burritos and they were worse than the frozen ones tbh. They had cucumbers in them. 60 dollars for these three things.... horrible. Fiesta Mexicana is where it’s at.

The food was delicious, the service friendly and advisory. The prices are absolutely okay. Nothing to complain about.

The food was very tasty and the price-performance ratio was right. Willi, the service was really nice and courteous. We are looking forward to our next visit and we are happy to drive 80km =)

Good experience

The drinks and the service were great, and the starter (gratinated nachos) were good. Unfortunately, in our opinion, there was something wrong with the main course (Classic Burger), it had a very artificial and unpleasant aftertaste, so we felt bad afterwards. The fries as a side dish could also be fresher / warmer. Recommended for drinks and small snacks, unfortunately not for the burgers, as they taste better in other Enchilada branches (not so artificial / chemical)

Food was good and quick! The margaritas were on point!

The food and cocktails are delicious and there is a fairly large selection. The outside area is unfortunately not that nice, but has more of a backyard feeling. The reception was not very friendly, but that improved in the course of our stay. At first something wrong was brought to us, but it was immediately corrected. All in all, definitely recommended, but there are nicer branches.

I'm so disappointed. The food was disgusting and cold. Please never try the Tacos I would not recommend this restaurant in Kaiserslautern.

The drinks are good but the food is not. At all. I ordered a plate that came with an enchilada and I received a corn tortilla wrapped around shredded chicken and then deep fried. No sauce or anything else with it or on it. Even the chips and dips were horrible. If you like authentic Mexican food stay far, far away. But if you're starving and you like bland food that's not made even remotely close to the way it should be, this is your place.

The food is absolutely recommendable. The service is friendly, quick and attentive. Price / performance ratio is also completely correct and the restaurant including the toilets is very clean. Highly Recommended

The food is delicious and the cocktails anyway. In my opinion, they are among the best cocktails that can be found in Kaiserslautern. There is a large selection of food and drinks and there is something for every taste. We always have a lot of fun, especially at the Cocktail Casino, because the attentive and fun staff make the evening incomparable :)

More than amazing

The waiter, just disgusting and unfriendly! He was super unfriendly didn’t even understand the easiest English, nor did he even care about to wash his hands after he came back in after smoking. He stank like a god damn ashtray. The food wasn’t 100% what we ordered. Also he didn’t even know anything about the ingredients, for a person with allergies definitely not to recommend. Definitely don’t wanna go there anymore. The food also not original Mexican.

This was the best Mexican food we've had so far in KL. They were kind enough to fit us in without a reservation (highly recommended that you have one) as we promised to take less than 2 hours. The food was quick, fresh and delicious and the service was very friendly. This establishment takes cash and cards (but not American Express).

Spent quiet a lot on food and drinks-visited here with family and friends on my birthday. But the food that we ordered was way below expectation. i wanted to have buffalo wings and thats why ordered Big Starter Platter for two person. But the wings served was way below my expectation - was not properly done and without sauce. When i informed the person serving us, the reaction was that there is no sauce and it was quiet bad taste. Somehow we finished it as its not right to waste food - thanks to my friends. And finally the waitress also expected tip for bad food which was also paid as she asked for it :) I had visited earlier too (around sept-oct last year and it was great experience). But this time in Jan 8th its not worth. Pls note as Enchilada team requested for honest feedback today - am posting it.

Worst "Mexican" food I've ever had

Casino night, oh what a night!

We waited forever for an order of mini burritos, street tacos and chips and dip. The chips and burritos came with no salsa, no guacamole, no sour cream. They just told us they were out of everything when they finally brought us our order. We complained to the manager and they apologized and fid not charge us for the food.

Don’t waste your time and money here. It took 30 mins for someone to take our order. Terrible service during dinner time. Didn’t receive our appetizer at all. We asked him where our appetizer was about halfway through finishing our main meal and he said that he will check on it... We asked another waitress and she told us to wait. Only to find out that the waiter didn’t even order it for us at all. Tacos were terrible too, the shell seemed soggy and was partially toasted it. Really odd texture.. It also took 3 different times (3 different servers) to finally pay for the bill. There were at least 4 servers and the place wasn’t even full... I don’t usually leave reviews, but damn, I had to for this.

Not that great, food was okayish but not worth the money

Not very Mexican at all. But its aright

Waited more than an hour for my food... called the restaurant & apparently they “tried to call me” but it didn’t work. Which is not true because I receive calls from German numbers all the time with no problems, they obviously just didn’t type in my number correct. Thank you for wasting my time! Edit: I called the restaurant & they told me I had to reorder. So I did. I got the confirmation email & a text. I even waited by my door for the whole hour, no sign of anyone. I called the restaurant again, they said they messaged me to say the order was canceled but they didn’t & they offered no reason either.
